Between September 2023 and January 2026, Nigerian mainstream and fact-checking outlets quoted or named @masuzafi / Masu Zafi in a number of publicly accessible articles. The citations are social-media reaction quotes and source attributions, not full interviews or personality profiles. That is still documented mainstream pickup.
The highest-performing content on her own platform @masuzafi on X in the tracked 2026 window was international: US politics, French foreign policy, Iran / US–Iran tensions, and Gaza / Palestine coverage. Two documented cases of that copy leaving X are listed below: a Reddit debate, and a US fact-check that named her handle.

BREAKING: MACRON DELIVERS A DIRECT STRIKE TO TRUMP. France just executed a masterclass in economic warfare. Macron’s central bank sold its last 129 tonnes of gold held in New York vaults then smartly replaced it with European bullion. Result? €13 billion in pure profit locked in. All of France’s 2,437 tonnes of gold reserves are now secured in Paris.
Not a newsroom profile. The thread reprints her post and debates the “strike” framing. Original post: @masuzafi, 7 April 2026.

Fact Check: Does the viral video show Iran destroying the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain?
Saurav Suresh · credits the clip to (@masuzafi/X)
The viral video, which has been viewed by more than two million users, has sparked concerns about the US-Iran conflict escalating (@masuzafi/X).
MEAWW’s verdict: the compilation is AI-generated, not footage of a Fifth Fleet strike. A US newsroom treated her post as the reference point for the claim. Her post the day before, 28 June 2026, was framed as a claim, not a confirmed strike, and drew about 7,400 likes, 656 reposts and 769 replies. iVerify Pakistan and Lead Stories also fact-checked the same clip as false or AI. MEAWW is the one that named her account.

#Masuzafi also wrote, ‘Justice Tsammani just ruled that there was no evidence of election malpractice in the 2023 presidential elections regardless of the facts the court was presented with. A typical third-world judgment. I will strongly advise that before we fix this country, let us fix ourselves first.’
